3D Printable Drum Trigger

This project is something that I had crudely done before, I had a piece of wood some tape and a piezo disc. I managed to put this together to create an electric kick drum that could support a double pedal.

After knowing this could be done with an easy circuit which you can get presoldered, I designed this 3d model in tinkercad and printed it with a creality ender 3 v2

To assemble I took the a presoldered piezo disc and jack circuit of a piezo disc and a foam cone from aliexpress and used double sided foam tape to stick the piezo disc and foam cone in place.

See the photos below for how it looks and how it has been attached to the inside of the drum. I used a budget snare drum removing the snareside hardware and replaced the batter skin with a mesh head to turn it into a full electric drum.
